1. How do I recharge my Prepaid MOBILE, DTH and DATA CARD Online? 

In order to recharge your prepaid mobile with FastRecharge, you need to have an account with FastRecharge 
Click Here to create an account with FastRecharge, if you do not have one. If you have an account with FastRecharge, you can login to your FastRecharge account by clicking on the mobile service provider listed in the Home Page. Once you click on the mobile service provider, you will be asked to login. After logging in, you can select service or number you have added to recharge your MOBILE / DTH / DATA CARD.

2. Is it necessary to register with the site?

This is just a one time exercise and absolutely free. Details saved during registration will be saved for the future transaction, You dont need to enter again each time when your connect to payment option.

3. How to recover my FastRecharge account password?

You can go to Forgot Password page and provide your email address which you have given during the registration with FastRecharge. Your login details will be sent to your email address.

4. Can I recharge for more than one mobile numbers with one account?

Yes you can add any numbers of MOBILE, DTH, and DATA CARD into your FastRecharge Profile.
Once you logged in you can click Add / Remove service from your profile to add more numbers in your profile.
   
5. How long will it take to recharge?

If your payment is successful, Your account will get recharged instantly.  Incase your recharge is failed, Your money will be refunded to your fastrecharge Wallet to re use your money with valid amount and correct operator.

6. Why my recharge is failed?

Your recharge or top up may failed for following reason.

- You may selected wrong operator.
- You may entered invalid amount which is not available for this operator.
- You may selected Topup instead of validity / special recharge or vice versa.
- May be operator server down for while, you can try after some time.
- You may try to recharge same mobile no within few minutes, For this you have leave gap of minimum one hour/one day   depending on the operator. 

7. How do i use my wallet money?

In case your recharge is failed your failed amount will be transferred to Fastrecharge Wallet, To use Wallet money again You need to select valid operator and valid denomination then choose the payment options as Fastrecharge wallet in payment section.

8. How to claim for the refund in case your mobile does not get recharged?

All your failed recharge will be credited to your Fastrecharge Wallet, in case you wanted to get refund to your bank account you can give a request from contact us page.

9. Whom should I contact in case of any tariff related issues?
In case of any tariff related issues, you need to contact respective service provider.

10. What kind of credit/debit cards do you accept? 

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Card and all India Net Banking payments, Mobile payments (Paymate), Oxicash
Itz Cash cards.

11. Is their any extra charge for recharging?

No, there is absolutely no extra charge for recharging. You will get same talk time what your mobile service provider offers you.

We do not charge you anything extra for the recharge in the name of service charges, convenience charges or any other term.

12. Is it safe to recharge Online?
